This paper through the specific requirements of the customer for detailed analysis, a clear understanding of each kind of business process to determine the functional architecture and design of the system. This paper proposes a teaching and management system based on B/S architecture for collaboration between universities and enterprises. The main function modules are explained in detail according to the sequence diagram. The E-R graph is used to design the background database and the corresponding algorithm is given. At the data level, MySQL technology is used to establish a database, which provides data and information for the whole system. Finally, the system is tested, and the test results show that the system can meet the expected design requirements. © 2023 IEEE.
