This article refers to the cases of industrial poverty alleviation and educational poverty alleviation in precision poverty alleviation policies, and develops a general strategy framework led by design. The purpose of this strategy is to guide educators and designers to design "project courses", apply teaching aids to vocational experience courses, and bring better teaching effects to children. In order to verify the effectiveness of this strategy, this study will explore and showcase it in the form of case studies, and reveal how this strategy was developed from raising questions to providing reference for the cultivation of talents in other fields. ©2023 IEEE.
