Most computer practice courses adopt project-based teaching method, which takes the high project completion degree as the goal, so teachers tend to neglect their students. There are three drawbacks in the current computer practice course, such as the lack of a dedicated section to answer question, single project design and incomplete evaluation method. To overcome these problems, we propose a project-based teaching mode using the outcome-based education, student center, context-input-process-product evaluation (OBE-SC-CIPP) framework in the computer practice course 'JavaWeb Programming Practice'. This new teaching mode has certain guiding significance for the teaching reform of computer practice course. © 2022 IEEE.
