Abstract

Under the background of the information age, in the process of comprehensively promoting the reform of higher vocational education, colleges and universities put forward the idea of constructing professional groups. With the help of the construction of professional groups, it can promote changes in the talent training model. The professional group model has become an important talent training direction. This article takes the formulation of the talent training plan for the mold professional group as the research focus, combined with the application of the information technology platform, and analyzes the vocational education group management platform as a research case, and strives to deepen the understanding of the mold professional group talent training program, and become the mold professional talent. The comprehensive and systematic promotion of training work provides good support. © 2021 IEEE.
