Industry 4.0 has become a new driven force of global economic development which fundamentally changed the demand for the technical talents. Due to the lack of motivation of enterprises and failure of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, it is difficult for China's talent training mode of 'work-integrated learning' of higher vocational education to cultivate inter-disciplinary and talents with comprehensive skills that are needed under the background of Industry 4.0. This paper aims at constructing the talent education mode of 'integration of work, learning, and business and implementing the teaching reform of multi-level projects to develop abilities gradually Schools and enterprises can closely cooperate to cultivate students' comprehensive abilities, whole industry chain thinking and market awareness.
