Abstract

The modern apprenticeship from a micro perspective focuses on the talent training model. Modem apprenticeship is based on learning in the work process, with work-study alternation as the main form, and knowledge and skills as the training goal. It is necessary to highly align the concepts and methods of modem apprenticeship with vocational education, and inject relevant concepts of modern apprenticeship into vocational education, and put it into practice, which is inseparable from practical teaching. The article embeds the concept of modern apprenticeship into all levels from the perspective of the practical teaching system structure, in order to provide new ideas and inspiration for the existing practical teaching. © 2020 IEEE.
