Abstract

Based on python analysis, as a complex system, the modern apprenticeship pilot work needs to follow the guiding principle of 'conforming to the government'-industry organizations shall conform to the government departments, so as to solve the conflicts of interest between the 2 at key levels, and also follows the guiding principle of 'adapting to parents'-the media and foreign researchers shall adapt to the parents, so as to solve the conflicts of the attitude and social benefits between the 3 at the supporting level, thus taking joint efforts in talents cultivation. © 2020 IEEE.
